Be straight with people

• Describe items accurately, including faults.
• Honour agreed prices and meeting times, or say early if plans change.
• Leave reviews that reflect what actually happened.

Be respectful

• No harassment, threats, hate speech or discriminatory language.
• No spam, bulk messaging, or contacting members about unrelated business.
• No sharing another member's personal details.

Keep it legal

• Follow our Prohibited Items Policy and UK law.
• No listings for items you do not own or cannot lawfully sell.
• No attempts to move regulated sales off-platform to avoid the rules.

How we enforce this

Moderators can remove listings, hide reviews, issue warnings, suspend accounts and permanently ban members. Serious breaches — particularly prohibited items, suspected fraud or stolen goods — can be reported to the police. If you think a decision was wrong, contact us and we will review it.
