A specialist marketplace for the kit that general classifieds sites handle badly.
Why we exist
Shooting accessories, fishing tackle, motocross parts and outdoor kit hold their value, but they are hard to buy and sell on general marketplaces. Listings get removed by mistake, categories do not fit, and buyers cannot filter by the details that matter — bore, line class, engine size, frame size.
HobbyTrade UK is built around those details, with category rules written for UK law and moderation that understands the difference between a rifle and a rifle bag.
How we make money
Listing and selling are free — sellers keep 100% of their sale. Buyers who pay through HobbyTrade add a small Buyer Protection fee, and sellers can optionally pay to feature a listing.
Our approach to safety
Every listing is screened against a curated list of prohibited terms, and anything ambiguous is reviewed by a human before it appears. Members can report listings, profiles, messages and reviews, and reports about prohibited items are prioritised.
